Our expectations from the candidate:
- Higher/unfinished higher/secondary education;
- Work experience is not required, but is considered a significant advantage;
- Confident user of PC and office equipment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WordPress, Google);
- Fluency in English (minimum level B1);
- Responsible attitude to work, ability to work in multitasking mode and resolve conflicting issues;
- Personal qualities: responsibility, sociability, punctuality, literacy in communication and business correspondence skills, organizational skills, attentiveness, initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the client base, maintaining schedules and registrations for educational activities;
- Administration of pages in social networks and the website, placement of thematic content, news and announcements;
- Communication in social networks, answers to questions, comments, providing feedback from CA to management;
- Sending template messages about educational programs, speakers and certificates;
- Reception and processing of incoming calls and requests through messengers regarding the topics of webinars, programs, their features and advantages, options for registration, participation, payment, etc.;
- Administration and coordination of students at educational events, registration of applications from the website, social networks, messengers, registration of students for training;
- Accepting payment from clients, filling out contracts, invoices and acts;
- Execution of assignments and assistance in organizing training process.
