It is important for us:

  • From 1 year of relevant experience;
  • Higher education (preferably radio physics, physics, radio engineering, technical, computer science, etc.);
  • Knowledge of the English language at the B1+ level;
  • Advanced Windows, Linux user (preferably at the administrator level);
  • Basic knowledge of radio engineering (signal, signal spectrum, radio receiver, radio transmitter, direction finder, interference, etc);
  • Understanding network technologies (infrastructure), connectivity (basic concepts of working with a terminal) and protocols;
  • Understanding client-server architecture;
  • Indifference and sincere desire to help users;
  • Responsibility for results and the ability to make optimal decisions;
  • Experience in support clients.

Main tasks:

  • Ability to communicate politely and meaningfully orally/written;
  • Willingness to work on an irregular schedule;
  • Provide professional technical support and advice to users regarding the operation of the company's hardware and software, using various means of communication (online, telephone, e-mail and periodic meetings with clients);
  • Recording problems encountered by users in the issue tracking tool (JIRA);
  • Collecting feedback and proposing improvements to the user experience;
  • As necessary dispatch requests to relevant departments: QA, marketing and BA;
  • Collection and analysis of feedback from users.
