Recruiting agency in Kyiv is inviting an administrator in the personnel department.
We are considering candidates without experience - a paid internship and step-by-step training in all work processes are provided. The position is suitable for attentive and responsible people who want to develop in the field of HR and recruiting.

Duties:

• Checking and processing applications from candidates

• Keeping notes for interviews

• Meeting candidates in the office

• Coordinating the schedule interview

• Maintenance of internal database

• Communication with candidates (calls, messengers)

Requirements:

• Responsibility and organization

• Communication, politeness

• Basic skills of working with PC

• Attention to details

• Willingness to learn and develop

• Experience is not necessary

• We consider candidates from 17 years old
