IT Support Engineer/Administrator (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
construction of roads for more than 20 years. Our company implements, with the help of an integrator, the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central enterprise management system. Therefore, we are looking for a qualified administrator to take responsibility for configuring, managing and maintaining our system. You will be responsible for configuring and optimizing the system, ensuring it works efficiently and meets business needs. Training will be conducted for a new employee.Requirements:
-Higher education
-Understanding CRM philosophy and theory
-Experience of working with/in CRM systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM)
-Experience of implementing CRM projects
-Understanding the roles of the main departments in the company, their interaction
-Knowledge of the software development cycle
-Experience in conducting presentations -Analytical and logical thinking
-Community and activity
Ability and desire to learn
Key objectives and responsibilities of this position:
Provide technical support to users in working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Manage roles and accesses in Business Central
Interaction with external providers, IT team or Microsoft partners
Participation in MD 365 Business Central implementation and support projects.
Preparation of technical tasks for the development team, communication with them to make changes in the system.
Working with JSON packages Working with dashboards and their settings
The workplace in the office is offline or remotely located in another city
working day from 08:00 to 17:00, lunch break from 12:00 to 13:00
