What will we do together?

• Communicate and train subordinates to communicate with customers so that they come back for the atmosphere, not just for the perfume
• Coordination of cashiers at the checkout
• Coordination of staff of the store
• Making cash books in accordance with corporate requirements
• Telling the team about promotions, changes, innovations, internal motivation
• Training and adapting interns
• Helping with the display of goods to make the store look wow
• Ensuring smooth operation of the store
• Controlling and ordering goods, participating in inventories
• Scheduling of staff
• Discipline and appearance control
• Resolving conflict situations with our valued customers
• Maintaining a high level of customer service
• Collecting
• You are the right hand of the store manager!

Who do we need?

A confident leader with 1 year of experience: senior salesperson, senior cashier, manager
