Accounts receivable accountant in EY (Ernst & Young)

EY invites to the internal finance team an Accountant AR, who will be responsible for accounting settlements with resident clients, will register tax invoices, as well as perform backup functions in the areas of foreign exchange accounting, work with currency and Client Bank

     Responsibilities:

• According to bank statement operations on hryvnia accounts;
• Performance of services to resident clients;
• Issue, registration of tax invoices for the provision of services to resident clients, calculations of adjustments to tax invoices;
• Reconciliation of settlements with resident clients.
• Performance of backup functions (several months a year): by payment terminal (client-bank), preparation of payment orders, making payments in hryvnia and foreign currency, as well as keeping records of foreign exchange transactions and sales in foreign currency to non-resident clients.
  
  Requirements:
• English language level - from B1 for correspondence, working with SAP, maintaining internal documentation
• Habit to monitor changes in legislation on VAT, currency and foreign trade
• It is desirable to have experience with currency and non-residents
• Experience with 1C8.3, Microsoft Office, M.E.Dok
• Higher education (accounting/economics/finance)
• Attention to details
• Ability to work in a team
