We are looking for a Business analyst for accounting automation to join the team.

Main responsibilities:

• Research of current accounting processes, their analysis and modeling with the aim of identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Development of technical tasks for implementation of automated solutions, close interaction with software development teams to ensure compliance of technical solutions with business requirements.
• Coordination of the task performance process, testing of automated solutions and preparation for their implementation.
• Ensuring effective implementation and configuration of processes in systems using modern approaches to automation.
• Application of knowledge in the field of accounting, management, tax accounting, as well as international financial reporting standards (IFRS) to ensure compliance of processes.
• Confident work with Excel, Power BI and other Microsoft Office programs to analyze data, create reports and ensure process transparency.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience as a business analyst in accounting automation projects
• Deep knowledge of the principles of accounting, management, tax accounting and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Higher economic or accounting education.
• Experience in work and implementation of processes in 1C, BAS or other ERP systems
• Ability to analyze, describe and model business processes, form requirements for developers
• Experience implementation of electronic document management systems
• Ability to formulate requirements for integration between systems
• Experience in implementing solutions using mobile applications, participation in mobile application development projects
• Confident use of Excel , knowledge of Power BI and other Office programs
• Experience with Jira, Confluence
