We strive to be the best employer, providing comfortable working conditions and the development of our employees.BAT UKRAINE IS LOOKING FOR AN ACCOUNTANT FOR MATERIALS ACCOUNTING Location: Prylyuky An accountant for materials accounting must know: Current legislation of Ukraine Resolutions, orders, orders, regulatory, methodical and other guiding materials regarding the organization of professional activities. Business language and ethics of official relations. Qualification requirements: Higher education in the relevant field of training. Work experience in the profession for at least 2 years. Knowledge of accounting and tax accounting standards. Knowledge of document management. Knowledge of MS Office programs at the level of a confident user (Excel, Word, Power Point , Outlook).Knowledge of SAP.Knowledge of M.E.DOC.Ensure the process of creating financial obligations: Check primary accounting documents for compliance with accounting and tax accounting standards and availability of supporting documents.Administer confirmation in the system of financial obligations by authorized persons; obligations in the SAP accounting system. Check Migo (receipt) in the system for documents for each RO (purchase order). Check the correctness of VAT codes in the RO (purchase order_order) for each item. Analysis of payables: control of clearing. Check and confirm balance of suppliers Analyze tax consequences (issue of tax invoices in the SAP system, control of RO (purchase order_order) VAT codes). Constantly ensure the process of timely payments to suppliers in the SAP system: Checking the compliance of the payment details in the SAP system with the details in the payment invoices. Checking the execution of invoices, verification of the presence of signatures of expenditure invoices (acts of completed works). Constantly administer confirmation of acts of completed works and expenditure invoices by authorized persons. Check and reconcile payments with suppliers in the SAP system. Receive missing acts of completed work and expense invoices. Check and/or register tax invoices in accounting systems in the SAP and M.E.DOC systems. Monitor timely closing of payments. Reconcile mutual payments with suppliers. Ensure the timely closing of the reporting period.
