Accountant for banking operations (client-bank) in FRESH BLACK

We are a young and very ambitious company Fresh Black - a full-cycle Ukrainian coffee production with our own roastery, barista school and R&D laboratory. We bring specialty coffee from different regions of the world, roast, test, improve and create finished products: roasted coffee, ground for various brewing methods and drip coffee.

And now we are looking for a banking accountant who will become the key financial pillar of the company: will keep payments, cash flows and settlements with suppliers under control, ensuring the financial stability of the business.

Responsibilities

• Making payments at the client-bank, buying currency.

• Uploading and making bank statements in SAP B1.

• Maintenance of the payment calendar.

• Control of accounts payable debts, reconciliation reports.

• Communication with banks and suppliers.

Requirements

• Experience of working as an accountant with a bank for 2 years or more.

• Confident work with a bank client.

• Knowledge of accounting accounts.

• Excel / Google Sheets.

• Full-time: Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00, Sat, Sun — weekend. After the trial period, there is an opportunity to work remotely 1 day a week.
