OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITIONEnsure the performance of work on the qualification of suppliers of raw materials, materials and services in accordance with the requirements of GMP and the Pharmaceutical Quality System. 

Main duties:

• Analyze and control the completeness of the set of documents received from companies for qualification. Structure them and upload them to the system.
• Perform work within the framework of approved plans for surveying and qualification of suppliers, as well as unscheduled work within the framework of change requests.
• Compile and submit supplier qualification reports to the head of the department. 
• Conduct quality risk assessment related to manufacturers and suppliers. Provide the assessment results to the head of the unit.
• Maintain the relevance of data on suppliers in computerized systems (EDMS, SAP).
• Conduct risk assessment of manufacturers of excipients. The results of the evaluation are duly recorded in the relevant documentation and presented to the manager for consideration. Properly records the results of the evaluation in the relevant documentation.
• Maintain the relevance of supplier registers.
• Prepare source information within the framework of problematic companies and submit it for consideration by the unit management.
• Monitor the official websites of regulatory authorities in order to identify deviations by suppliers.
• Make requests to counterparties for the purpose of questionnaires and updating supplier documentation (production licenses, certificates (BSE/TSE and other declarations). of his activity, submits for consideration to the manager.

• Higher education;
• Experiencework from the 1st year;

• Availability of a military registration document.
