Accountant in Novi Produkti, Grupa Kompaniy /New Products Group

To department Accounting we are looking for a colleague in the area of ​​accounting settlement with suppliers. Personal qualities such as attention to detail, responsibility, speed, and the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues from other departments are important within this position. 

Area of ​​responsibility: 

• accounting of transactions for the purchase of works, services from resident suppliers;  

• accounting of transactions for the purchase of investments from resident suppliers: works for repair, reconstruction, modernization and other types of improvement of non-current assets;  

• carrying out offsets for payments with suppliers on the basis of documents submitted to the accounting department, which confirm the possibility of carrying out such operations;  

• reconciliation with suppliers;  

• verification of the availability and correctness of primary documents from suppliers, control of their compliance with the real volume of work performed, services provided, goods supplied;  

• maintenance of accounting records of PMM movement (posting, transfer and write-off) by official and individualverse (rented) company cars. 

Important for this position :

• higher economic education (economist, financier, accountant); 

• 3 years of accounting experience; 

• knowledge and work experience in the field of settlement with suppliers; 

• experience with 1C 8; 

• experience with SAP (will be an advantage);

• attention to details, responsibility, sociability, speed.
