Duties:

• Accepting documents (checking signatures, stamps, correctness of registration according to the approved regulations for the registration of primary documents), assignment to the appropriate account of the OZ, clarification of additional necessary information from the responsible managers, engineers
• Invoicing of the primary documents in the SAP system according to the balance units BE 1150, BE 1129, BE 1113 (deeds, expense invoices, tax invoices).
• Creation of OZ cards (manually), input into operation
• Conducting in the system of intra-group counterparties, equalization
• Conducting Acts of completed works with partial or 100% compensation of the insurance company
• Insurance compensation is reflected in the accounting for the relevant accounts.
• Alignment in the SAP system of completed RE documents with SB payments after posting the submitted package of documents; in the process, an analysis is made as to whether a tax document has been received from the supplier, if there are no PN/RC, the RE document is blocked for further payment and equalization style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">
• Higher education
• Experience in a similar position from the 1st year
• Knowledge of primary documentation accounting for services, VAT accounting, payroll accounting
• Ownership of programs: Medok, Excel, preferably Sap ERP   
• Ability to work in a team and complete urgent tasks in a timely manner
