Hello! We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team!

Who are we looking for? 
An energy manager who will become part of our family. The average age of the team is 39 years. But let's warn you right away: we are not looking for those who want to "sit down" for a bet. We have a great team and a stable company, but there is so much work that sometimes you never drink coffee. We are looking for a person with drive who is ready to work hard for a cool result.

 Your Valuable End Product (Outcome):
Executing the sales plan. (As a result, satisfied customers who return to us again). 

?? What specifically needs to be done:
We don't like boring instructions, but this is not just an office job. You will be involved in the entire product creation process.

1. Sales and communication:Incoming traffic processing (calls, messages in messengers), work in CRM, outgoing calls to the database.
2. Creativity: Creation and approval of layouts (Adobe Illustrator).
3. Manufacturing:Starting orders, participating in drawing images (yes, sometimes you have to work with your hands!), quality control.
4. Logistics: Packing orders, controlling shipments and accounting for goods on composition.

What do we offer to those who give results? 
? Stable income: from 400,000 to 650,000 UAH per year. 
? Transparent system: Base rate UAH 30,000 + % of turnover. The better you work, the more you get.

? Comfort: Office in Odesa, 21 days of vacation. 

Steps to start (we will teach everything, but the pace will be fast):
? 1st month: UAH 20,000 — get to know each other, learn, pass the certification.
? 2nd month: 25,000 UAH — deep immersion in the processes. 
? 3rd month: UAH 30,000 — you're already a pro.
? 4th month:30,000 + % - full forward!

What is important to have at the start?
? Willingness to work 100% and develop. 
? Confident command of PC and social networks 
? Attention to work with documents and tables
? Adobe Illustrator: is desirable (it will be a big plus), but if not - we will teach. 
? Work experience from 1 year (we give preference to veterans).
