Account Manager (Vchasno.Kasa) in VCHASNO GROUP

We are looking for an Account Manager of the Enterprise direction in the Vchasno.Kasa product - a software register of settlement operations (PRRO). It allows you to quickly and conveniently issue fiscal checks, in accordance with the requirements of the law, and is suitable for both a small entrepreneur and a large business.

What is important for this role:

• Confident skills in using basic sales tools (CRM, telephony) and understanding of the principles of working with Enterprise clients
• Ability to effectively interact with clients on the phone, in online and offline meetings, clearly express an opinion and defend their point of view
• Ability to achieve planned indicators in increasing sales and attracting new clients
• Ability to work systematically, report and manage own time
• We we value friendly relations in the team and are always ready to help each other if the need arises
• Ability to independently identify opportunities for the growth of clients and propose ways to implement them

Tasks:

• Execution of assigned tasks KPI
• Maintenance and development of relationships with existing customers Vchasno.Kasa
• Conducting product training and introductory meetings for customers
• Search and attraction of new customers
• Helping customers in solving current issues and coordinating their interaction with other departments of the company (product, marketing, support)
• Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of customer work, training reports and recommendations
