We are the largest advertising holding in Ukraine in the field of outdoor advertising. We work with billboards, transport, large screens and modern 3D videos.

We are growing and are looking for an account manager who will help provide high-quality customer support and keep processes under control.

What will you do:

Working with customers and sales support

• reply to customer requests and prepare commercial offers

• set reserves and armors according to clear algorithms

• make orders in 1C

• prepare and control documents: contracts, invoices, support

• check layouts, run them to print

• prepare photo reports after advertising placement

Administrative support

• maintain and update online tables with orders and tasks

• collect materials for the work of the department

• help with the organization of internal processes so that customers receive quality service

What is important to us:

• desire to work, develop and take responsibility

• possible without experience - we teach, the main thing is your involvement

• ability to communicate with people and multitask

• empathy, attention to detail and sound time management

• confident work with MS Office (Excel, Word)

• basic knowledge of 1C will be a plus
