Horoshop is a product IT company, a leading SaaS platform for creating online stores in Ukraine. More than 9,000 online stores already work with us. We continue to grow, so we are looking for a Customer Technical Support Manager for customers from abroad (Bulgaria).
You are our candidate if:
- have excellent in Bulgarian;
- you have experience in communicating with clients;
- you are looking for ways to solve clients' problems, you want to help;
- experience working in the admin panel will be a plus.
What does our job consist of:
- communicate with clients in chats and on the phone;
- consult on all the possibilities of the platform, answer questions related to the settings of the site and related systems;
- help with the selection of the tariff;
- form tasks for the team and monitor their implementation;
- manage many clients at the same time.
