Account consultant for work with clients in Client service (ID 349) in HELSI

HELSI is a Ukrainian product IT company, on the market since 2016. Helsi's goal is to access health in one interface. The service allows patients to quickly and conveniently make an appointment with a doctor, and medical institutions to automate the work of health care centers and carry out electronic document management.

More than 9 million people use the Helsi mobile application. The system is used by about 1,500 healthcare institutions and over 38,000 medical workers across Ukraine.

Requirements:

• Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical domain will be a plus.
• Competent and fluent in Ukrainian.
• Proficiency in PC at a confident level user.
• Communication, activity and responsibility.
• Ability to plan your working hours.
• Having a higher education will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with managers regarding registration and work in the Medical Information System (MIS).
• Consultation of medical personnel on functional issues work process.
• Conclusion of contracts with clients and control of their signing.
• Consultation of clients on terms of cooperation.
• Technical support of the client.
• Conducting presentations and training for new clients.
• Monitoring payments and solving financial issues.
• Working with written requests from institutions.
• Attracting new institutions to cooperation and managing the database of existing clients.
• Keeping records of your work.
