Account administrator (Jira / Slack / GitHub) in Brokbridzh

Brokbridge is looking for a specialist who knows how to work with Jira,Slack and GitHub — configuration, administration, team support.

Main duties:

• administration and confident work with Jira, Slack and GitHub;

• system support for corporate accounts in various services (from project and work platforms to logistics portals and eCommerce cabinets);

• employee access management;

• control of balances and license expiration dates;

• updating information about company;

• passing verifications in services if necessary;

• communication with the support of providers and preparation of reports for the financial department.

Requirements:

• Jira administration experience (required);

• practical experience with Slack and GitHub;

• attention to details, responsibility, systematic work;

• willingness to deal with new platforms;

• basic technical skills and knowledge of English to work with interfaces and support.
