Initial diagnosis and resolution of typical technical problems of terminal services (RDP), virtual machines and services running on them. Providing remote technical support for users, advice on the correct use of the Windows terminal environment and help in solving typical operational issues of connecting to Windows Server through the appropriate administration tools. Deployment, update and basic configuration of Windows Server, including installation of roles and components, security updates, configuration of services (RDP, WinRM, file services, etc.). Basic understanding of Zabbix type monitoring systems, including adding new hosts and agents, setting up key Windows/Linux monitoring parameters, setting up triggers and checking the operation of data elements, basic diagnostics of agent status and connection to the monitoring server. Monitoring the status of virtual machines and the Linux hypervisor, operational response to performance failures or failures. Participation in supporting the virtualization infrastructure, in particular, control of VM resources (CPU/RAM/Disk/Network), basic work with Proxmox (console, log files, service statuses) Basic diagnosis of network connections of virtual and physical nodes (Linux bridge, VLAN, LAN), availability check. Documenting the work performed, keeping technical notes, updating the internal knowledge base and recommendations for users.

Requirements:
Must have:
- Basic knowledge of Windows, generalknowledge of networks.
- Basic Linux skills, ready to teach.
- Bash/Linux scripting - candidates with even basic skills are considered.
