Financial manager in HRTEAM

We are looking for a responsible and systematic financial manager who will help build an effective financial model of the company, ensure control of cash flows and become a reliable financial support for the team at the growth stage of business.

Your main responsibilities:

• Controlling the circulation of cash and managing the cash register with compliance with cash discipline.

• Daily update of the CF file and reconciliation of account balances.

• Formation, maintenance and updating of the financial plan.

• Formation and maintenance of the register of payments.

• Update of the budget on the basis of actual financial transactions.

• Analysis of financial indicators, budgets and cash flow.

• Preparation of financial reports and forecasts.

• Participation in the implementation and improvement of the company's financial processes.

• Control of financial discipline and timeliness of payments.

Our expectations:

• Higher education in the field of finance, economics or accounting.

• Experience in a financial manager or related position - from 1 year.

• Understanding the principles of budgeting and cash flow management.

• Experience with financial plans, reports and analysis data.

• A confident PC user (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Experience with accounting programs (1C, MEDoc, SAP, BIMP, QuickBooks will be an advantage).

• Experience with digital services for organizing tasks (Notion, ClickUp, Monday, Google Calendar).

• Analytical thinking, attentiveness, responsibility.

• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and develop together with the company.
