Responsibilities
– общаться с VIP-клиентами, через различные коммуникации: Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, беспроводные звонки, online chats, and e-mail
– analyze customer complaints and suggestions, monitoring their actions, search for opportunities to improve customer experience
– analyze customer account and create an activation plan for each individual customer< /p>
– Performs daily analysis of client activity and its reactivation
– work with significant winnings/losses of VIP and pre-VIP clients
– work on increasing the amount of deposits/turnovers of VIP clients
– делить с неудачными deposits/withdrawals
– work on group and individual performance indicators
PC skills (Word, Excel и другие программы)
– knowledge of process of successful cooperation with clients, experience patiently and actively listening to the client
– sociability and independence, attention to detail, organization and multitasking
