Main Responsibilities

– Refine product requirements aiming for a best in class product
– Gather business requirements working directly with clients in Europe/US
– BA in Scrum team enabling developers and QAs
– Manage product backlogs

Mandatory Requirements

– Minimum of four years of BA experience in IT
– Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Scrum Agile teams
– Strong requirements writing experience
– Technical / analytical mindset
– Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
– Self-confident and team player
– 45 min commute to the office in Kyiv
– B1 English level
