In this pivotal role, you will analyze and forecast demand patterns, manage inventory levels, and optimize supply chain processes to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Forecasting: Use historical data and market trends to accurately forecast future demand. Collaborate with client's sales and marketing teams to understand key demand drivers.Inventory Management: Oversee and adjust inventory levels to maintain optimal stock availability and minimize excess.Data Analysis: Employ statistical analysis tools to interpret data and provide actionable insights into supply chain performance.Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies within the supply chain and propose enhancements.Collaborative Planning: Work in tandem with the client's supply chain, sales, and production teams to align demand forecasts with supply plans.Reporting: Generate regular reports on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and other key supply chain metrics.Market Research: Keep abreast of market trends and factors influencing demand and supply chain activities.Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a similar role.Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving.Knowledgeable in supply chain management software and MS Excel.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with statistical forecasting and analysis tools.Understanding of inventory management principles.Team-oriented with strong organizational and detail-focused abilities.
