Special attention is given to English teachers, translators, and people who use their fluent English for professional purposes.You do NOT need to have deep knowledge of the video production industry or video design. If you ever used Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook - you do fine.A strong and error-free ability to conduct business correspondence is extremely necessary. At least 2 years of experience in any position that required written communication with people with an IQ above 100.Being able to calculate the sum or difference of two-digit numbers without a calculator. :)Proficient computer user, who is married (or engaged) to a smartphone with high-speed internet. Oh, by the way, we will be interested to know the speed at which files can “run” through the wires of your home internet.Salary: $900-$1350 (USD), depending on the interview and performanceWhat will you do?Make existing clients happy so they chase us with money begging for more of our services;NO NEED to look for new clients, only work with existing ones;Respond to client messages quickly and efficiently;Set tasks for video editors - also quickly and efficiently;Carefully check the quality of produced videos by video editors: subtitle errors, obvious visual bugs, and making sure the video you deliver to a customer has a common sense for an average human-like inhabitant of planet Earth;Maintain feedback between clients and our internal teams to improve video editing processes throughout the entire cooperation cycle with our clients. One of your responsibilities is to protect company employees (and yourself) from cooperation with alien-type of clients with brain-loving task descriptions;Work 8 hours a day on a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday (we rest on weekends).What will your workdayкак выглядеть?Клиент дает вам задание (НЕ НУЖНО искать клиентов);После понимания деталей задания и получения всех уточнений от клиента, вы ставите очень четкое задание видеомонтажеру или руководителю видеомонтажеров (называется Team Lead);После получения видео от видеоредактора вы отправляете этот шедевр клиенту и получаете оплату;Слушаете похвалу вашей безупречной работы от клиентов, затем пересылаете эту похвалу коллегам в чатах;Вы справитесь 30 -50 постоянных клиентов;Срочные сроки, разница во времени с Северной Америкой, болезни, отпуска, лень, невнимательность, хомячье сопение или прыщик на шее у прапрасоседской козы - все это не касается наших клиентов. Что ж, они, конечно, готовы сочувствовать трудностям нашей жизни, но будут платить деньги только за идеально смонтированный видеоролик, поставленный в срок и в рамках бюджета. :) И только ПОСЛЕ ЭТОГО вы можете обсуждать вопросы здоровья хомяков или коз...
