This multifaceted role will provide dynamic leadership, strategic oversight, and financial stewardship. With a keen focus on operational efficiency and effective communication, the President drives the organization toward its long-term vision while achieving strategic goals.This role demands a blend of managerial acumen, technical expertise, and a proven track record in upper management. Experience in leading R&D initiatives and familiarity with green energy technologies are advantageous. The President must possess exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills, along with the ability to cultivate leadership and manage company growth while maintaining financial stability.LocationOn-site: outside Denver, CONo Relocation is available for this position - this position is not a remote opportunity.CompensationCompetitive annual earnings comprised of base salary, bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day leadership, oversight, and accountability for all operational activities.Oversee company finances such as financial statements, balance sheets, cash flow, yearly price sheets, and modifications.Communicate effectively across teams, both internally and externally.Ensure the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet the current and future needs of the organization in support of the long-term vision.Attain goals for the company's strategic plan and create a business plan.Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the organization’s operations and sales divisions.Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operational projects and systems.Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources.Establish, communicate, and implement operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.Establish and administer the company budget.Present periodic performance reports and metrics to the company leadership.Conduct weekly leadership meetings, quarterly strategic meetings, and performance reviews with direct reports. Education, Skills, and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree Required, MBA is a plus.Minimum of 10 years in operations management, with strong sales management experience.Experience working in Manufacturing/Industrial environments, with a technical mindset and background is required.Extensive experience managing or working with a sales team.Ability to manage and grow a company offering products nationally, while maintaining positive cash flowDirect experience developing and mentoring leaders.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
