Douglas Levine Douglas Levine Vice President, Human Resources As the President, Personalization Brands, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall direction for the Personalization Mall and Things Remembered brands. You will drive the brands’ mission, vision, and values while ensuring that all business operations are in alignment with company goals. This role requires a results-driven, forward-thinking, and experienced executive who can lead a talented team and navigate the challenges and opportunities within the E-Commerce industry. Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the brands’ strategic plan, identifying growth opportunities and industry trends, and adapting the business model accordingly.Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L management of Personalization Mall and Things Remembered, to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing executive team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.Product Development: Drive innovation in product development, ensuring the creation of high-quality, market-leading gifting products that meet consumer demands.Operations Management: Oversee all operational functions inclusive of all manufacturing sites. Optimize manufacturing processes, supply chain, and distribution operations to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.Customer and Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to foster growth and mutually beneficial collaborations.Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, domestically and internationally, to expand the company's market presence.Risk Management: Proactively manage and mitigate risks, both internal and external, that could impact the company's success.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role across a multi-branded DTC (Direct to Consumer) platformBachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or another related fieldExperience with Full P&L ownership (finance, marketing, sales, operations, supply chain, etc.)Profound understanding of market trends and consumer behaviorExceptional leadership and team-building skillsInnovative and forward-thinking with an ability to balance creative vision with business needsResilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Show more Show less Должностной уровень Executive Тип занятости Полный рабочий день Должностные обязанности Администрация Отрасли Розничная торговля
