Under the supervision of the firm’s attorneys, the Analyst will be expected to provide support to the firm’s Legal and Compliance department as a detail-oriented professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities:Administering Board of Director’s meetings and contributing to the firm’s management of vendorsConducting compliance testingMaintaining legal agreements and other key business documentsMeeting schedulingMonitoring Code of Ethics compliance and management of the firm’s compliance systemProject coordinationResponding to various requests for informationStoring and summarizing key legal documentsSupporting the preparation and submission of regulatory filingsSupporting fund launchesCandidate Selection Criteria:The candidate must be an outstanding performer, with approximately 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry including operations, investment management or similar experience. The candidate is expected to be highly organized with an ability to engage in multiple projects at a time.
