Отправьте личное сообщение участнику, разместившему вакансию от лица компании Huawei Diana Storchak Diana Storchak Recruiter at Huawei Key Account Manager (Consumer Business Group — CBG)We are looking for a Key Account Manager / Business development manager to join our Consumer Business Team:An employee who will occupy position of KAM | BDM Manager will be responsible for full management of specific product category (IoT, PC/TAB) and sales channel.Responsibilities:Cooperation and common strategy creation within CBG department and involved teams: Retail/Marketing, Logistics; Business’s strategic account planning processes and develop performance objectives;Sales Planning (forecasting, negotiations with customers, approving, sales analyzing, stock analysis);Contribute to Commercial policy development (long-term and mid-term objectives);Build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients (KA and B2B) through the creation of long-term planning and understanding, customers' meetings and negotiations, keeping and supporting business relations;Sales plans execution;Monitoring the accounts' performance against business plan and developing alternative strategies when need collaboration with other teams relevant for customers' portfolio;Review competitor activity in account and drives the development and implementation of appropriate response strategies;Marketing Activities Planning (budgeting, retail and wholesale promo discussing, promo results discussing);Monthly budgeting and agreed KPIs fulfillment;Creating and implementing a business plan taking into account all levers of growth: commercial agreements, marketing actions, education, merchandising and retail opportunities, profitability and trade terms.Financial status analyzing — Product category financial result, partners financial results;New product launches — GTM plan preparation, management and execution;Incentive programs creation, internal negotiation and conformation;Developing purchasing and sales strategies for future period. PSI reports analysis and PSI future periods simulation;Requirements:Higher education: BS or MS Degree (Economy, Marketing, etc.)Relevant sales experience (proven track 2−3 years) in Personal electronics market;Good negotiations skills,Good knowledge of Consumer Electronics market, understanding market trends and market situation;Working experience with different partners' categories: Distributors | Key Accounts | Operators | 2nd /3rd Tier PartnersFluent English and Ukrainian;Advanced Excel user, Power Point; Show more Show less Должностной уровень Специалист Тип занятости Полный рабочий день Должностные обязанности Сбыт и продвижение продукции Отрасли Телекоммуникации
