They are offering a mission critical, modern OS, for an underserved billion-dollar industry that is critical to the economy of the United States.They are looking for an experienced B2B SaaS Full Funell Marketer with experience in product marketing to lead their marketing efforts as their Director of Marketing. You will report directly to the CEO.This is a high-impact position that requires a strategic and creative thinker with a proven track record of successfully implementing and executing new marketing initiatives for B2B software companies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building and growing a successful marketing effort.THIS POSITION MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF YOU:Desire the chance to get in on the ground floor and lead successful product marketing initiatives that will significantly contribute to their growthAre a builder, strategist, and most importantly, a hands-on executorAre a creative and adaptive marketer, who is constantly learning and iteratingEnjoy being part of a high energy team that has endless passion for the success of this businessLove the idea of helping build an exciting B2B SaaS businessHave a proven ability to work in a start-up environment, with self-drive and ability to be flexible and adaptiveAre a person of strong integrity and character, where being a good human being outweighs everything elseHave a strong work ethic, while being positive and uplifting to othersWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:The focus of this role will be to implement successful product and other marketing efforts to generate top of funnel leads.Create a range of marketing actions and campaigns that will maximize their presence with target customersContribute to developing, refining, and implementing a robust GTM strategy Develop a deep understanding of their target audience and be able to develop and implement marketing initiatives that resonateImplement campaigns to develop top-of-funnel using creative resources including webinars, social media, podcasts, referral programs, event planning, email, etc.Develop marketing collateral, website content and content for other channels, to drive awareness and interest.Create case studies and oversee or implement the writing of white papersDevelop and implement a strategy that includes technical and content elements, to drive ongoing improvements in SEO and organic search results.Ensure product and brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of potential competitorsProvide collateral for sales, customer success, and other internal teamsDevelop and manage the marketing plan and budget for executive approval in line with quarterly revenue and business KPIsDevelop collaborative partnerships across the organization to identify, launch and refine marketing strategies.Contribute to measuring and optimizing customer acquisition costsHelp build and define an integrated customer journeyAnalyze, report, and optimize all marketing programs based on ROISet a tone of high standards, customer obsession, and data driven decision-makingREQUIREMENTS:Must have experience marketing B2B softwarePrior experience in a marketing role at a software startupStrong product marketing acumen and experienceProven track record of successfully developing GTM plans, establishing product-market-fit, and creating, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused marketing campaignsDemonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skillsMust be a strategist AND a hands-on executorData driven and entrepreneurial PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Experience marketing to businesses in environmental consulting, civil engineering, architecture, or construction (or similar) COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Competitive compensation package, bonus, and equity (compensation commensurate with experience)Medical, Dental, & Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceFull Time Virtual Position Show more Show less Должностной уровень Директор Тип занятости Полный рабочий день Должностные обязанности Маркетинг Отрасли Разработка программного обеспечения, Гражданское строительство и Экологические услуги
