If you are selected as a candidate for this role, a fibr representative will reach out to you to provide information about the brand associated with this position.*SUMMARYThe Director of Brand Marketing will lead the evolution of our brand and audience strategy and oversee all aspects of initiatives to drive brand awareness and affinity - spanning all marketingchannels, audiences, and business units globally (ecommerce, retail, commercial, certified professionals/trainers, and digital training app).This brand was built on successfully activating a thriving community of brand advocates and fans (including consumers, industry partners, and our large network of certified personaltrainers) around our flagship product. This is an exciting opportunity to join an already established and revered brand and take it to the next level.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES● Devise new strategies and lead campaigns to reach new audiences, build new brand awareness, and fill the marketing funnel, with an emphasis on owned and earned media channels as well as engaging our large community of certified professional trainers● Oversee Social Media, PR, and Events - lead strategy and manage the internal teams and agencies that execute these functions; Evolve channel strategy and develop programs to reach new audiences, grow following, and drive brand awareness and product sales● Manage and mentor a team of 3 existing direct reports and recruit/hire for a new additional junior marketing role on the roadmap● Ideate on, uncover, and lead new partnerships for the organization (with other fitness brands, existing partners, influencers, etc...) to increase brand awareness and product sales● Refresh and evolve the brand identity (positioning, messaging, target audiences, visual identity, etc...) in collaboration with VP of Marketing and executives; Conduct research and develop strategies to enhance our position as a lifestyle brand, the global leader in functional fitness, and a high-growth, physical + digital experience● Own the brand marketing calendar; Create and manage integrated campaigns that span all B2B and B2C channels (ecommerce, retail, commercial, and education) and ensure alignment across the company, with a focus on campaigns and content: ● Position the organization as a lifestyle brand and the leader in functional fitness ● Explain our unique value and position as a premium product ● Align with key seasonal/cultural moments ● Tell authentic and entertaining stories about our brand/customers● Leverage insights and analytics to deepen our understanding of consumer segments● Partner with the e-commerce team to maximize brand presence across platforms and drive direct sales; Provide partnership in promotional planning and calendars● Direct creative asset creation and production for campaigns globallyQUALIFICATIONS● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (or related field) is required; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus● 8+ years of progressive brand marketing experience with consumer-facing brands● Prior experience managing internal direct reports and agencies● Prior experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment● Prior experience with strategic and/or brand partnerships● Strong understanding of media mix; experience across multiple marketing channels and mediums, e.g. PR, social media, email marketing, live events, paid media/digital advertising, and partnerships etc.● Ability to execute on individual initiatives while managing and motivating a team● Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level; ideate and directly execute● Outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills● Motivated, highly resourceful self-starter● Highly analytical, strategic critical thinker● Ability to thrive within a fast-paced organization with a high degree of ambiguity● Passion for/ interest in health and wellness Show more Show less Должностной уровень Директор Тип занятости Полный рабочий день Должностные обязанности Маркетинг, Продажи и Реклама Отрасли Физкультура и здоровый образ жизни
