We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and results-driven Operating Partner/Chief Transformation Officer to lead and drive a transformative agenda across the portfolio companies.Position Overview: As the Operating Partner/Chief Transformation Officer, you will play a critical role in driving operational improvement, strategic transformation, and value creation within our portfolio companies. This key leadership role offers the opportunity to impact the long-term success and growth trajectory of our portfolio companies and drive operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of comprehensive transformation plans across portfolio companies, driving operational improvement, efficiency, and sustainable growth.Collaborate with company leadership and executive teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives focused on operational excellence, process optimization, and performance enhancement.Drive value creation through the identification and execution of strategic and operational initiatives, supporting portfolio company growth and market expansion.Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to portfolio company management teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational best practices.Qualifications and Experience:Proven track record of success as an Operating Partner, Chief Transformation Officer, or in a similar leadership role within the private equity or related industry.Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and a track record of successfully leading transformative operational initiatives and driving sustainable business growth.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration, influence, and alignment with company leadership and stakeholders.Education and Certifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (relevant certifications and credentials in operational leadership and private equity are preferred).
