Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights into optimizing workflows.Project Integration: Act as an integration specialist, facilitating the seamless integration of project solutions with existing systems and processes. Identify potential points of integration and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation.Documentation Management: Prepare comprehensive documentation including test plans, business requirements, and process workflows. Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.Project Management: Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet project deadlines. Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.Research and Development (R&D): Leverage R&D experience to explore innovative solutions and technologies that enhance grant administration processes. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform project strategies and recommendations.Technical Security Expertise: While not mandatory, previous experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or technical security will be advantageous. Provide insights into security best practices and collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Required Skills:Direct Understanding and Becoming SME: Proven ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and become a subject matter expert in project domains.R&D Experience: Prior work in the research and development space, demonstrating a proactive approach to exploring innovative solutions.Integration Specialist: Strong background in facilitating integration efforts across disparate systems and platforms.Documentation Management: Exceptional skills in preparing detailed documentation, including test plans and business requirements.Project Management: Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring thorough documentation and timely delivery.IAM Background/Technical Security Experience: Preferred, but not mandatory.
