We are looking for an Affiliate Manager, to join our team. Этот лучший candidate имеет хорошую организационную и аналитичную практику, самостоятельную, интуитивную и motivated к работе.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

— Support and retention of existing partners to maximize LTV;

— Adjusting tracking and full-cycle setup ofoffers/campaigns;

—Daily monitoring and performance optimization of adedicated pool ofaffiliates: checking stats, confirming bumps ordecreases in rates, scaling ofprofitable campaigns, adding and testing new sources;

—Control on traffic quality and partner's payouts approval; network brand awareness via industry forums/chats activity &participation in conferences (both local and international); Analyze competitors and trends в terms of new creative approaches, offer monetization models, emerging traffic types, marketing angles, and innovative ways communicating with partners.

What We Look For (Requirements):

— Working experience in an affiliate network or adustry for 1+years;

— Understanding of basic affiliate metrics, unit economics, and models of cooperation: CPA, CPS, Revenue Share, EPC, ROI;

— Global understanding of online advertising markets: traffic sources, verticals, monetization models;

— Excellent written and spoken communication;

— English — Upper Intermediate or higher.
