This position requires close collaboration with the IT and finance teams to customize the billing system to enhance business operations effectively. Details:- Schedule: Full-time, remote- Client: USA- Project: FinTech products- Stack: Zuora, Zuora’s APIs, Z-Objects, etc.- Duration: long-term- Methodology: Scrum Hiring process: 1 - Pre-screen (up to 30 mins), 2 - Hiring process of the client  - Demonstrated expertise as a Zuora Solution Architect or in a comparable role.- In-depth knowledge of subscription billing mechanisms and revenue recognition principles.- Extensive experience with Zuora Billing, CPQ, Revenue, and Payments products, both technically and functionally.- Proficiency with Zuora’s APIs, Z-Objects, and configuration settings.- Experience in integrating Zuora with various business systems.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication skills and leadership capabilities  - Evaluate business needs and convert them into technical specifications.- Develop and implement solutions for billing, payment, and subscription management using the Zuora platform.- Collaborate with various teams to integrate Zuora with different business systems including CRM, ERP, and bespoke applications.- Guide the system architecture, design decisions, and improvements.- Offer direction and leadership to the development team.- Maintain adherence to data security and privacy best practices.- Handle updates, upgrades, and maintenance for Zuora systems.- Address and resolve intricate issues within the billing system.- Lead training and educational workshops for users. Will be a plus: - Zuora certification (e.g., Zuora Billing and Revenue Certification).- Experience in project management and Agile methodologies.
