Zendesk Support Manager (Remote) in Genesis

Hello!

We are looking for a Zendesk Support Manager for a rapidly growing project in the field of video streaming. You will help in setting up effective work with partners and ensure the improvement of the efficiency of the indicators of interaction with them. Possible growth to Junior Business Development Manager.

You have there will be the following tasks:

• Implement tasks , defined by the department's strategic development plan;
• Communicate with partners through Zendesk;
• Optimize work processes with partners;
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and implement them;
• Responsible for finding and communicating with new partners;
• Conduct analysis of partners' performance indicators.

What you need to join us:

• Excellent communication skills;
• High level of responsibility;
• Ability to perform turnkey tasks;
• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate + level;
• Proactive approach and initiative.

Would be a plus:

• Work experience in a food company;
• Knowledge of Spanish;
• Experience with MS Excel.
