Requirementsto the candidate:

• higher education;
• work experience in a similar position;
• work experience in SAP will be an advantage ;
• confident user of MS Office;
• ability to work in a team;
• fluency in English (written and spoken)

• coordinating and placing orders in SAP for the supply of products;
• support of orders, control of documents before shipment to Ukraine ;
• preparation of contracts and additional agreements on foreign trade;
• cooperation with transport companies on planning the loading of machines;
• checking of documents necessary for customs clearance of products and their timely submission to customs brokers;
• analysis of warehouse balances and sales trends in order to replenish stocks,
• distribution of products between warehouses;
• working with claims;
• li>posting of products to the warehouse in SAP;
• readiness to study additional functionality for the possibility of replacement during the vacation period;
• maintenance of reporting documentation, database on deliveries, orders, etc.
