We invite to the team a Project manager who knows how to plan and organize orders and timely delivery of the necessary equipment and its parts, organize interaction and document flow with foreign and Ukrainian counterparties, is ready to work in a team and easily finds a common language with people.

Important: we are looking for a full-time office!

What we expect:

• Experience in the field of contracts, import/export and international logistics;

• Experience of interaction with customs authorities, brokers, logistics and certification structures;

• Active computer user, knowledge of 1C, MS Office programs, CRM systems;

• Communication and desire to learn

• Free Ukrainian. English is preferably at the Intermediate level.

Tasks:

• Timely planning, coordination and follow-up of orders (from the moment of placement to the arrival of the goods in the warehouse) with the appropriate preparation of documents;

• Interaction and communication with all participants in the process (preparation of contracts, additional agreements, specifications and other documents);

• Communication with existing suppliers and ways to improve cooperation;

• Formation of orders to maintain warehouse stocks;

• Monitoring fulfillment contracts and obligations;

• Control of production terms;

• Control of the correctness of delivery documents, document flow with counterparties;

• Control of delivery terms, payments and interaction with the financial department;

• Optimization of logistics processes in order to reduce costs;

• Interaction with brokerage companies regarding the organization of customs clearance and customs clearance of goods both in Ukraine and in EU and Asian countries. 400">

• Schedule - Mon-Fri from 09-00 to 18-00;
