Zakupivli user support specialist. pro in Tabula Rasa

About the project:

Zakupivli.pro — the largest public and commercial bidding platform, an official member of the Prozorro electronic public procurement system. Through us, the National Police buys food for guard dogs, and OKKO sells gasoline to the state. We have a web service, a mobile application and a training platform for customers and suppliers.

About the team:Now the team has 9 specialists in public procurement, support writing specialist, and leader. The team includes a technical user support specialist, a customer service quality control specialist and a first line support manager. We are looking for another procurement specialist who enjoys helping people.

What is important about this role:

< li>experience working on an incoming "hot" line/experience in a call center;
• fluent and competent command of the Ukrainian language (written and spoken);
• readiness for a large amount of information;< /li>
• sincere desire to help every client;
• openness, ease of communication (ability to find a common language with different people);
• flexibility, quick adaptation in conditions of change.< /li>

It will be an advantage:

• experience in government procurement;
• legal education or experience working with the legal framework, documentation;
• experience in sales, working with clients.

Tasks:

• consultation of clients by phone (incoming "hot" line), on average 50-110 calls per day (duration of 1 call on average 3 minutes): 1) by site functionality; 2) regarding the rules for public procurement of various types; 3) on legislative issues that regulate tender activity in Ukraine (it is not necessary to know all the details, for this we have lawyers in our team); 4) on other issues related to state and commercial tenders and site work;
• processing of callbacks and missed calls;
• consultation in chat and mail (irregular, only if necessary) ;

Stages of selection:

• selection by resume;
• interview with a recruiter;

• work in the Home or office format with the possibility to visit the office (Kyiv, Boryspilska metro). There is always an opportunity to work in the office (generator, starlink);
• work schedule from Monday to Friday. It is formed ona month ahead and may include the following work shifts: 8.00-17.00, 9.00-18.00, 8.30-17.30, 10.00-19.00. In the future, changes are possible on the weekend, in which case they will be compensated with a day off in the middle of the week;
