What is podcast or podcast? Do you know the correct answer? Then let's move on.

We are looking for a producer to develop YouTube direction in DOU. This is a full-time position for someone with video content or media experience.

We already have more than 85k subscribers from IT, won the "Slushno" award and formed a pool of permanent columns and presenters. We do not plan to stop, but there are many interesting challenges and plans ahead.

What will you do

• Produce ready-made formats on the channel: interviews, podcasts, columns. From finding the subject and character to arranging the location, planning the set and managing the editing.
• Generate ideas and launch new formats: we have a budget and are ready to experiment.
• Prepare the video for publication: you will need to rewatch the material several times, make edits to the production, come up with interesting titles, think about covers, add tags, timecodes, etc.
• Responsible for video promotion: run ads on YouTube and social networks, post short videos (shorts and on TikTok), repackage content, etc.
• Build a loyal and large community on YouTube: it's about activity in the comments, posts in the channel community, contests among viewers, etc.
• Deal with audio platforms: here, too, you will need to post content, monitor activity.
• Monetize video: talk to companies about placing ads on YouTube, consider integration formats, etc.

Our ideal candidate

• is able to work independently and remotely;
• has experience working with YouTube or video and audio content;
• has experience in media, communications or PR (preferably in IT);
• shows activity and takes full responsibility for his project;
• ready to work for the result;
• has perfect Ukrainian. English - at a level not lower than Upper Intermediate;
• lives in Ukraine, preferably in Kyiv (we have our own studio here);
• must have: loves, watches and listens to YouTube.

Why DOU is for you

So for the most part you will have to manage everything yourself and do a lot of manual work. We have contractors (production, designer, lead generator), but these people are not part of the DOU team.
• you are constantly generating ideas and thinking about how to improve the project.
• you are not afraid of tasks of varying complexity and a large amount of work. You know how to switch quickly, and when you need to focus on the routine.

What we offer

• Remote work with a flexible schedule. However, we expect you to work during the day, not at night. This is a full-time position. We are looking for people who care about what they do. If you want to work from "9 to 6", then we are unlikely to be suitable for each other.
