Now we are looking for a Youtube channel manager!

What needs to be done?

• Develop YouTube channel content strategies in accordance with the company's goals;
• Plan publications and manage the content plan;
• Optimize the channel and videos for SEO: keywords, tags, descriptions, titles, labels;
• Test formats and rubrics, work with A/B tests of thumbnails and titles;
• Manage comments and interact with the audience;
• Maintain performance analytics and monthly reports with key metrics and recommendations for growth;
• Collaborate with content producers, editors, designers, presenters.

Our perfect team mate:

• Has 2 years of experience managing a YouTube channel (education or content business will be a plus);
• Understands YouTube algorithms, SEO optimization and analytics;
• Knows how to work with analytical tools (YouTube Studio, vidIQ, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Proficient in Ukrainian (English above B1 will be a plus);
• Feels the trends and moods of the audience;
• Likes to experiment with ideas, but thinks about the result;
• Quickly adapts to new formats and changes platforms;
• Knows how to build trust and audience engagement.
