Job description:

Hi, I'm Ira. I am the owner of a Spanish language school. Currently living in Latin America
I am looking for a creative and responsible person to manage my YouTube channel. Your role will be to fully administer the channel, from generating video ideas to publishing and promoting them. You will work closely with me (host and video creator) to create interesting and useful content for our audience.
The goal is to create videos related to life in Latham and the Spanish language to engage students in school and monetize the tube channel.

Main responsibilities:

• Generation of content ideas according to the interests of our audience
• Content planning and creation of a content plan (4-8 videos per month)
• Video editing and editing< /li>
• Writing scripts
• Optimizing videos for YouTube (SEO, tags, description, titles)
• Publishing videos on the channel
• Statistics management and analysis channel, reporting on results
• Development of strategies to increase the number of subscribers and views
• Search and implementation of new trends in the field of video content
• Creation of YouTube shorts (20 per month)

Requirements:

• Experience with YouTube and understanding of its algorithms
• Video editing and editing skills (knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro or other similar programs)
• Creativity and the ability to generate interesting ideas for content
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of the basics of SEO for YouTube
• Basic graphic design skills (will be a plus)< /li>
• Attention to details and ability to work under deadlines
