We are currently looking for a Junior talent search specialist who wants to develop in the recruiting field and become part of a team of HR professionals! If you are interested in working with talents, learning new things and joining interesting projects in the field of personnel selection, this position is for you.

What will you do:

• Assist the recruiting team in the full recruitment cycle for the audit department;

• Look for and attract young professionals and students who want to develop in the field of audit and finance;

• Conduct initial screening of resumes and telephone interviews;

• Participate in organizing and conducting interviews;

• Maintain the database of candidates in the ATS system;

• Cooperate with the audit team and HR in the implementation of hiring projects and promotion of the employer's brand;

• Assist in the preparation of analytics and reporting.

• Do you want to develop in the field of recruiting and HR;

• Student (-ka) of the last courses or graduate (-ka) of humanitarian or business fields;

• You know how to establish contact and easily find a common language with people;

• You speak English at a level no lower than Intermediate;

• You have basic skills in working with LinkedIn, job portals and office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.);

• You value teamwork, professionalism and openness.
