Workstation and software support engineer in Ukrayinskiy procesingoviy centr

Responsibilities:

• Installation and configuration of operating systems (MS Windows 10/11) and standard office software.
• Support in the working condition of the entire fleet of PCs, laptops and thin clients of the company.
• Elimination of problems in the operation of office equipment.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience in a similar position - min. 2 years.
• Perfect knowledge of the hardware part of a modern PC/laptop.
• Basic knowledge of computer networks, MS Windows server OS, office software (MS Office 2016/2019/O365), data storage and archiving technologies, cloud services and solutions.
• MS Windows operating systems (10/11/Server 2019/2022) – administrator level.
• Ability to independently analyze and solve problems, that arise.
