Our Requirements: Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal Interest and experience in standard PC environment Experience in working in Windows 10 Understanding for PC hardware, how it connects and operates Service-minded with a problem-solving mindset Comfortable to work in MS Outlook, Excel and Word Well-structured and interested in learning, understanding and improving internal processes Basic knowledge of Active Directory and computer network set will be an advantage ,[Managing stock of company PCs/accessories/mobile phones. Assist with disposal of the old hardware., Troubleshoot hardware issues, PCs reinstallation., Support office printers., Support audio-video equipment in conference rooms., Prepare workplaces for new employees (PCs, monitors, docking stations, cables etc.)., Support network troubleshooting between ISP and company network department., Create incidents/service request to company support teams.] Requirements: Windows, MS Outlook, Excel, Active Directory
