We are looking for a manager with deep wf-expertise and wf-process automation experience who could apply this knowledge to scale wf-processes and qualitative changes in them.

Requirements:

• experience planning the schedule for teams of 50+ people with shift work;
• experience with WFM systems;
• willingness to implement new planning approaches and systems;
• command of the English language at a conversational level (B1-B2);
• high level of mastery of Excel;
• initiative and proactivity.

Responsibilities:

• Research, implement and maintain scheduling software and tools.
• Analysis of existing planning models for teams and selection of new models taking into account business and people needs.
• Involvement in the process of creating schedules.
• Improvement of prediction accuracy.
• Development of workforce reporting and analytics.
• Establish effective cross-departmental interaction to obtain inputs and explore their impact on CS operational activities.
