Workforce Planning Manager in Cosmobet

We are looking for a manager with deep wf-expertise and experience in automating wf-processes, who could apply this knowledge for scaling wf-processes and qualitative changes in them.

Requirements

• experience scheduling for teams of 50+ people with shift work;
• experience working with WFM systems;
• readiness to implement new planning approaches and systems;
• proficiency in English at a conversational level (B1-B2);

• high level of mastery of Excel;
• initiative and proactivity.

Responsibilities

• Search, implementation and support of software provisioning and scheduling tools. 
• Analysis of existing planning models for teams and selection of new models taking into account business and people needs.
• Involvement in the process of creating schedules.
• Improving the accuracy of forecasting.

• Development of workforce-oriented reporting and analytics.
• Setting up effective cross-departmental interaction to obtain inputs and research their impact on CS operations.
