We are currently looking for a Workforce Analyst for our client, one of the largest developers and manufacturers of UAVs for the defense needs of Ukraine.
The team focuses on continuous improvement of board characteristics, use of new approaches and technologies. In-house production facilities enable rapid implementation of changes and ideas.
Required skills and experience:
- Higher education in the field of business analytics, management, information technology or related disciplines (human resources, management, business administration, organizational development, economics, entrepreneurship);
- Work experience in project management or resource planning from 3 years;
- Experience with BI (Business Intelligence) systems and data analytics tools;
- Deep knowledge in the field of project management and resource management;
- Possession of resource management software, CRM, analytical tools for project management, such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI;
- Ability to work with a large amount of information and data;
- Ability to structure tasks, analyze them and set deadlines;
- Ability to plan human resources and project timelines.
Future responsibilities:
- Resource planning: determining resource needs for current and future projects, developing resource management strategies ;
- Resource allocation: assigning employees to projects according to their skills and availability, optimizing the loading of specialists;
- Employment monitoring: tracking the current employment of employees, control over the implementation of resource load plans;
- Creation of dashboards: development of interactive dashboards for visualization of resource data, ensuring availability of relevant information for interested parties;
- Data analysis: collection and analysis of data on employee employment and productivity, preparation of analytical reports;
- Forecasting needs: forecasting future needs for resources based on current projects and plans, development of scenarios for various options of events;
- Communication with project managers: regular interaction with project managers to clarify resource needs, ensure transparency and consistency of plans;
- Project support: ensuring timely transition of employees between projects, prevention of delays and conflicts;
- Change management: management of changes in resource needs in the process of project implementation, quick response to unexpected changes and plan adjustments;
- Management of resource conflicts: identification and resolution of conflicts during resource allocation, ensuring prioritization of tasks and projects;
- Personnel training and development: determination of training and development needs of employees, coordination of training and professional development programs;
- Risk management: identification of resource-related risks, development and implementation of risk reduction plans;
- Reporting to the management: preparation of regular reports for the management of the company, informing about the status and needs of resources;
- Automation of processes: implementation and support of tools for automating resource management, improving the efficiency of technology use;
- Development of resource management policy: creation and implementation of resource management standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with established rules;
- Performance assessment: assessment of productivity and efficiency of resource use, suggestions for improvements based on the conducted analysis;
- Support for the recruiting process: interaction with the HR department for planning the hiring of new employees, determining the requirements for candidates based on project needs;
- Development of internal communications: ensuring effective exchange of information between departments and employees, creating conditions for teamwork and interaction;
- Control over compliance with deadlines: monitoring compliance with the established deadlines for tasks and projects, making adjustments to plans to ensure compliance with deadlines;
- Support for innovation and improvements: finding and implementing new methods and technologies to improve resource management, encouraging an innovative approach in team work.
