We are looking for a Workday Project Manager who will also be able to use his analytical predispositions to support our HR team. We are looking for a person who will have a key role in designing, implementing and maintaining HR processes in the Workday system for the CEE region. Knowledge of standard human resources concepts, practices and procedures. Experience in collecting business requirements and translating them into system processes. Ability to configure systems, migrate data and manage HRM systems (Workday preferred). Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, especially in the G-Suite environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Ability to cooperate with interdisciplinary and international teams.
