Public Broadcasting in search of WordPress developer in Information Technology Department

Key functions:

• Developing new websites on WordPress platform from scratch.
• Setting up and modifying existing sites to meet customer needs.
• Development, testing and implementation of custom topics and plugins.
• Improving the existing functionality by adding new modules or optimizing available.
• Analysis and optimization of website performance.
• Working with performance monitoring tools to identify weaknesses in code.
• Design, Setting up and Optimization of Databases (SQL/MySQL).
• Developing Requests for Putting and Processing Data.
• Application of database safety practices to protect confidential information.
• Using HTML, CSS and JavaScript to create an interactive and convenient user interface.
• Adaptation of design to different devices (adaptability and crossbrowth).
• Identify, analyze and correct technical errors on websites.
• Support of stable sites and their safety.
• Setting up and integration API to connect third -party services such as CRM, analytics or payment systems.
• Working with third -party libraries and services to expand site functionality.
• Keeping technical documentation on implemented decisions.
• Developing instructions for a team or customers on the use of the developed functionality.
• Creating a high quality code with a focus on readability, safety and efficiency.
• Participation in technical meetings and discussing projects to identify optimal ways to implement tasks.
• Control over WordPress updates, topics, plugins and server software.

Requirements:

• Commercial experience in the relevant field.
• Knowledge of WordPress Platform, including Settings, Castlemization and Optimization.
• Development and setting up custom topics and plugins for WordPress.
• Confident Knowledge and Experience Working with: PHP, HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT.
• Database Working (SQL/MySQL): Design, Optimization, Query Writing.
• Website performance optimization skills.
• Introduction and Setting up API for integration with third -party services.
• Knowledge of the principles of adaptive layout and crossbrower compatibility.
• Basic knowledge of web-making security and methods of their protection (SQL injection protection, XSS).
• Hosting experience, server and domaining server setting up.
• Understanding UX/UI design to create convenient and functional interfaces.
• WordPress designers (EleMentor, Wpbakery, etc.).
• Higher Technical Education (Programmer Engineer).
