We are looking for a  WordPress Developer for one of our international project originating from Israel. The project is operating in the FinTech industry, focuses on trading and Forex, and is managed by a team located in Lviv, Kyiv, and Tel Aviv.

You will be involved in decision-making processes, have exposure to the key stakeholders, and will be able to directly contribute to the product development strategy with no middleman around. The whole communication within the team is based in English, which will also be a great opportunity to improve and practice your soft skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of PHP
• Strong skills of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• WordPress theming experience
• Experience with REST API, integration of third-party services
• Experience with OOP and composer
• Experience with data validation, sanitisation, and direct database operations
• Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
• Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
• Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
• Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
• Ability to convert comprehensive design layouts and wireframes into working pixel-perfect web pages
• English — strong intermediate and above (both written and verbal)
• Self-learner and positive attitude
